Return Eligibility
We accept return requests within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
- The item must be in its original condition and packaging
- All original tags and labels must still be attached
- The item must be free from stains, odors, or any signs of wear
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided
Any items that do not meet these conditions may not be approved for return.
Tanah Rose reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions stated above.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Items marked as Final Sale
- Discounted or promotional items
- Undergarments or intimate wear (if applicable)
- Customized or altered clothing
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order by emailing us at info@tanahrose.net with the following:
- Full Name
- Order Number
- Clear photos of the item received
- Description of the issue
Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item received. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider’s processing time.
Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for items that are damaged or defective upon arrival. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
